1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sonic Sanctuary Studios. By accessing or using our studio facilities, equipment, services, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Sonic Sanctuary Studios, located in Nashville, Tennessee, offers a range of professional audio recording, mixing, and mastering services, including but not limited to:
- Recording sessions for vocals, instruments, and ensembles
- Mixing and mastering services
- Voice-over recording
- Audio restoration and enhancement
- Podcast production
- Studio rental
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Booking Sessions
All recording sessions and studio rentals must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made via our website, by phone at (615) 555-7624, or in person at our studio located at 12 Music Row East, Nashville, TN 37203.
3.2 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or bank transfer. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to your original music and content recorded at Sonic Sanctuary Studios. However, Sonic Sanctuary Studios retains ownership of all recordings, mixes, and masters until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive the final, mastered audio files.
5.2 Usage Rights
By using our services, you grant Sonic Sanctuary Studios the right to use excerpts of your recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. We will always seek your consent before using any substantial portions of your work.
6. Studio Conduct
6.1 Respectful Behavior
We expect all clients and visitors to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while at Sonic Sanctuary Studios. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6.2 Equipment Usage
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by misuse or negligence. You will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement. Please treat our equipment with the same care you would your own.
6.3 No Illegal Activities
The use of Sonic Sanctuary Studios for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the recording or distribution of copyrighted material without permission, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately if we suspect illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sonic Sanctuary Studios is not liable for any loss of data, equipment damage, or personal injury that may occur while using our services. We recommend backing up all your data and taking necessary precautions to protect your equipment and personal safety.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information about your projects to third parties without your consent. All our staff members are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
9. Amendments to Terms
Sonic Sanctuary Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
